Consignment Terms & Conditions

At Local Revue, we make it easy to refresh your wardrobe through consignment, closet editing, and charitable donation services — all with a curated, personalized experience.

ITEMS WE ACCEPT

We accept new and pre-owned women’s luxury and contemporary fashion, including:

Designer handbags, Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry & Accessories

We focus on items that are:

• Current and seasonal (generally within 2–3 years old)

• New with tags or in like-new condition

• Clean, odor-free, and free of stains or excessive wear

We also welcome select timeless, vintage and unique pieces in exceptional condition.

Please note that Local Revue maintains a highly curated inventory and may accept only a portion of the items presented for review.

NEW CONSIGNORS

All first-time consignors are asked to schedule an initial Consignment Revue appointment.

You may bring your items directly to us, or we also offer our Personal Revue Service at $30/hour for clients who would like assistance editing and organizing their wardrobe.

During this one-on-one session, we will:

• Review your wardrobe together

• Help determine what to keep, consign, or donate

• Create a more organized and functional closet experience

• Identify pieces with strong resale potential

Please review our accepted brands and item requirements prior to your appointment.

To help streamline intake, we request that items be brought in a Local Revue tote whenever possible, with one per appointment. (30-40 items)

COMMISSION & PAYMENTS

Consignors receive:

• 40% commission on items sold under $250

• 50% commission on items sold over $250

INVENTORY TERM & MARKDOWNS

Currently, Local Revue retains inventory for up to two seasons.

Items entering their second season may be reduced:

• 20% after 30 days

• 50% after 60 days

Local Revue reserves the right to adjust inventory timelines as our business evolves. Any changes will be communicated to consignors in advance.

At account setup, consignors may indicate items they wish to have returned rather than donated at the end of the consignment period. Those items must be picked up within two weeks of notification.

Contemporary Labels

AG, Anthropologie, Banana Republic, Free People, J.Crew, Lululemon, Madewell, Mango, Rag & Bone, Theory, Tory Burch, White House Black Market, and more.
